Removed the last traces of MCreator in the code.

Optimized pipes, pipe rendering, magnets, equipment effects and uranium effects, duplicator machine, energized smelter, microwave, stove, oven, upgrade station, batteries, solar panels, NPPs ore extractors tree grinders auto fishers and all four water source tiers.

A lot of the optimizations include putting certain machines to sleep after inactivity, and not ticking when unnecessary.
