TLDR: Improved a lot of textures. Sushi recipes now yield 6 pieces. The eie:mob_dropping_more_fat tag has been added to several mobs. Baby Pigs now drop their own meat. Various mob drop systems have been improved, including Creepers, Piglins, Shulkers, Dolphins, Frogs, Squids, and more. Fat drop chances have been adjusted, and Bone drops from certain mobs have been reduced. Fish Cutting Knife drop system has also been improved.



- Allay Wing texture has been improved by BatbladeTHEFIRS.

- Sushi lovers rejoice! Now every Sushi recipe gives you 6 delicious pieces instead of just 4.

- The eie:mob_dropping_more_fat tag has been added to several mobs, now including Polar Bears, Ravagers, Pandas, and Hoglins. This tag is a sub-tag of eie:mob_dropping_fat_chunks. (Hoglins were already part of the system but were previously omitted from the patch notes.)

- Fixed a bug where Baby Pigs weren’t dropping their own meat as intended. They’ve now been added to the drop table properly—was an oversight on my part.


The drops listed below now use a new drop system. Unlike before, these drops are now properly influenced by both Luck and Looting—so go ahead, stack those enchantments and effects for better rewards.


- The wings drop system for Allays and Vexes has been improved

- Armadillo meat drops are now properly set up for consistency and compatibility. The forge:armadillo tag defines what counts as an Armadillo for meat drops, and both minecraft:armadillo and armadillo:armadillo mobs are covered—so whether you're using vanilla-style mobs or modded ones, you're good to go.

- The Axolotl drop system has been slightly improved

- The Bat drop system has been slightly improved

- The Bear drop system has been improved: Bears now have a 20% chance (decreased to 5% for baby Bears) to drop extra Meat without any external effects.

- The drop systems for Bees, Endermites, and Silverfish have received a slight upgrade. 

- Small Bird and Very Small Bird drop system has been improved.

- The Chicken drop system has been given a slight polish. Also, Chicken legs now have a limit—only up to two will drop at a time, keeping things a bit more balanced.

- The drop systems for Cat Meat, Cows, Rabbits, and Sheep have all been improved, with Cows, Rabbits, and Sheep receiving slight enhancements and Cat Meat getting a more significant improvement.

- The Creeper drop system has been improved in several ways: Creepers now have a 15% chance to drop extra Meat without needing any external effects, Creeper's Blood now has a 2.5% chance to drop (up from 2%), though it no longer multiplies as it did before, but the chance can still be increased with enhancements, and the Creeper's Eye drop system has been revamped so Creepers can now drop up to two Eyes with a 6% chance each, which can also be modified with drop enhancements.

- The drop systems for Dogs and Foxes have been improved

- The Dolphin drop system has been improved: Dolphins now have a 15% chance to drop extra Meat without needing any external effects.

- The Dragon drop system has been improved: Dragons no longer have a 25% chance to drop no meat. Instead, they now have a guaranteed drop of 8 meat and a random chance to drop up to 18 additional meat. This random value can be increased with drop enhancements.

- The Frog drop system has been improved: Frogs can now drop up to 2 items, but the drop count cannot multiply beyond that.

- Ghast Flesh drop system has been improved.
- Ghost Flesh drop system has been improved.

- The Goat drop system has been improved: Goats can now drop up to 4 meat pieces instead of just 2.

- The drop systems for Guardians and Phantoms have both been improved

- The Horse drop system has been improved: Horses now have a 25% chance to drop extra Horse Meat without any external effects (this chance is decreased for baby Horses).

- The drop system for Humanoid Illagers has been improved: they now have a 12.5% chance to drop extra Flesh without any external effects.
- The Ravager drop system has been improved for better consistency and rewards.

- The Llama drop system has been improved: Llamas now have a 25% chance to drop extra Llama Meat without any external effects.

- The Panda drop system has been improved: Pandas now have a 25% chance to drop extra Panda Meat without any external effects (this chance is decreased for baby Pandas).

- The Piglin drop system has been improved: Piglins now have a 15% chance (down from 25%) to drop their gift, and it no longer multiplies, though the chance can still be increased with enhancements. On the bright side, Piglins now have a 25% chance to drop Leather, and it can multiply.
- Pigs and Piglins can now both drop Pig's Tail! This drop is also affected by drop enhancements.

- The Shulker drop system has been improved: The chance for Shulkers to drop additional Meat has been tripled.

- The Spider drop system has been improved: The drop with Unluck remains the same, but drop enhancements can now increase the amount (with a small effectiveness). Spiders can also drop less if there’s no Unluck or drop enhancements. Note that Spider Meat cannot multiply.

- Sniffer drop system got improved. It drops slightly more Meat than before.

- The drop system for both Glow Squids and Normal Squids has been slightly improved

- The Strider Flesh drop system has been improved, and Striders can no longer drop cooked meat.

- The Turtle drop system has been improved

- The Villager drop system has been improved: Villagers now have a 12.5% chance to drop extra Flesh without needing any external effects. Wandering Trader has been added to this system.
- The chance for Bone drops from Humanoid Illagers, Villagers, and Piglins has been decreased to 20%, but it can still multiply.

- Mobs with the eie:mob_dropping_more_fat tag now replace the single Fat drop with a small chance to drop more Fat, plus up to 3 Fat Chunks. To balance this change, Ravagers no longer drop 3 Fat Chunks from their own drop.

- Babies now have a 25% chance to receive Fat drops.

- The Fish Cutting Knife drop system has been improved.
