New update adding all the remaining Arkemer content I've planned, a new tier of weapons and more!

Main features: A lot of new Arkemer weapons and technologies, Black Hole harvesting, and new tier of weapons made of Black Hole materials

Added:
- Black Holes now spawn in Unahzaal and drop Hawking's Radiation and Strangelets if mined with Arkemer Quarry or Void Driller BWE-16kpc
- Arkemer Driller. New multi-tool. Can mine Black Holes
- Arkemer Aleph Railgun. New ranged weapon. Exploes but doesn't destroy the territory and add Aetherium Poison and Weakness on victim
- Arkemer Reality Manipulating Half-Anchor. New sorcery weapon. Creates Aetherium explosion. Applies Aetherium Poison and Weakness on victim
- Arkemer Cube Harness. New summoner item. Summons Arkemer Cube Companion that fights for you for 2 minutes
- Void Driller BWE-16kpc. New multi-tool made of Black Hole materials
- Eye of the First Principalities. New melee weapon made of Black Hole materials. Adds Aetherium Poison, Slowness and Radiation
- Hawking Shin Emitter. New ranged weapon made of Black Hole materials. Explodes but doesn't damage the territory
- Twisted Reality Anchor. New sorcery weapon made of Black Hole materials. Creates several Black Hole projectiles that attack enemies
- Stabilized Miniature Black Hole. New summoner weapon made of Black Hole materials. Summons Miniature Black Hole that attracts and attacks enemies
- Arkemer Cube. New item. You can now take the Arkemer Cube with you from the dungeon
- Ergosphere Forged Armor. New armor made of Black Hole materials. It's an upgrade of Arkemer Aetherium-Imbued Armor and have better properties
- Smartphone. New item that allows to configure abilities of Arkemer Aetherium-Imbued Armor, Ergosphere Forged Armor, The Ultimate Two, The Ultimatieest and the Gauntlet Of The Destinies
- Arkemer Gravicycle. New rideable mount flying low above the ground. You can open it's GUI on right-click
- Gravicycle Acceleration Modifier. New item that can be put into Arkemer Gravicycle to accelerate it. The more you install, the faster it gets
- Speedometer. New accessory that shows your speed if equipped. Shift + right-click to open the GUI that allows to switch it's modes to km/h or mph
- Arkemer Rift Heavenbreaker. New weapon. Right click to mark a location you're looking at. Right click again to summon a satelite that fires and creates a Black Hole destroying everything in a big radius
- /gamerule HeavenbreakerBlowSize - new game rule that allows to change Heavenbreaker's size of explosion. 80 by default
- Arkemer Celestial Sphere. Can be bound to any Aetherium Forge to teleport you from anywhere and any world to it
- Arkemer Orichalcum and Arkemer Cobblestone blocks sets that allow you to build blocks looking like Arkemer dungeon blocks
- Arkemer Orichalcum Aetherium Gas Tube. You can put Liquid Aetherium Bucket or it's Eternal analogue. Then activate with Redstone to vaporize Aetherium into gas above the tube
- Arkemer Orichalcum Shredder. Can be activated with Redstone to damage enemies that collide with it
- Arkemer Emblem. Upgrade of Grand Emblem
- Singularity Emblem. Upgrade of Arkemer Emblem
- Broken Armor. New effect that decreases armor points
- Flecheresha variants of Quetzalcoatl, Chac-Mool, Adam, Eve, Tetragrammaton and Snifferino Blueberrino
- Remade all the Stones of Destinies
- Stone of Victim. Can be got for killing 10000 mobs. Adds you Strenght effect when you killing the mobs. But adds Weakness if you haven't killed anyone for 5 minutes
- Warped Stone. Can be got from Archaeology in Unahzaal dimension. Can exchange some items into another for Aetherium
- Thinking Stone. Repairs items in your armor slots and hands. Drops from Unahzaal if you have -10000 Humanity
- Stone of Lost Memories. Can save you from death once per 5 minutes. Can be got from Archaeology in Unahzaal dimension
- Interdimensional Stone. You can set 3 points where you can teleport from anywhere. But it doesn't work across dimensions. Also there's separate point of teleportation to Aetherium Forge
- Stone of the Great Destruction. Enemies lose 10 armor points every time you hit them. Drops from Tetragrammaton
- Gauntlet of the Destinies. Combines all the abilities of Stones of Destinies
- Arkemer Razor. New weapon. Drops from Arkemer Warbot
- Arkemer Hammer. New weapon. Drops from Arkemer Warbot
- Enriched Aetherium Bottle. Consumable. Adds Regeneration for 3 seconds and invulnerability for half of a second. Drops from Arkemer Healing Tank
- Arkemer Great Razorblade. New weapon. Drops from Arkemer Band
- Arkemer War Machine. New summoned weapon. Summons Arkemer War Machine that attaches to your head and shoots to your victims
- Segmented Staff. New summoner weapon. Summons Feathered Serpent with 16 segments, each of which attacks enemies
- Mechanical Serpent Skull. Summons new rideable flying mount
- Artificial Soul. New item. Drops from Mechanical Serpent Skull and allows to respawn it
- Tzompantli Halbert. New weapon. Expands attack distance on 5 blocks. Have a chance to drop mob's head. The chance increases with Head Splitter enchantment
- Heartbreaker. New weapon. Has a smash attack on right click which throws the enemies up and adds Sun Fire on them
- Eden's Thorn. New bow. Creates a Radiation Cloud that attacks everyone except the owner
- Original Sin. New bow
- Book Of Enoch. New sorcery weapon. Adds Aetherium Poison, Sun Fire and Lunar Flames on victims and heals you
- Spear of Destiny. New weapon. Extends attack range on 5 blocks. Adds Sun Fire on victims and heals you
- Flaming Sword. New weapon. Creates Aetherium explosion that adds Aetherium Poison and Sun Fire on the nearby mobs. Extends attack range on 5 blocks
- Thronebreaker. New ranged weapon. Adds Aetherium Poison and Slowness on the nearest mobs
- Bright Blue Shotgun. New shotgun. Adds Aetherium Poison
- Arkemer Depot now has particles
- All Arkemer mobs now have custom sounds

Changed:
- Message about requirements to mine Cobalt, Basalt and Prismatic Ores
- Flecheresha Unahzaal Loot
- Celestial Spheres textures
- Comets Portal Structure doesn't have Cobalt in secret chests anymore. There's Cobalt Ore inside the island instead
- Abandoned Cave structure was remade and also don't have Cobalt in chest anymore. Now in placed as a block in this structure
- Halloween Banner price was decreased to 3 Warrior Coins
- Platform of the Fourteenth Flame was removed
- Added the information about that you can steer the Segmentarius Heart mount with Moon Maggot on a Stick in the Moonworm Heart's description
- Added the information that you can spawn Dreadful Peacoon only dunring Halloween into Peacoon advancement's description

Fixed:
- Some Pumpkin Table recipes could not be viewed in JEI
- Black Water cannot be made
- Eternal Town Spawner wasn't spending
- Could not fly in Spectator Mode in Arkemer Dungeons
- Blocks cannot be placed anywhere if the Block of Worthless option is enabled
- Budding Ruby ticking was stopping sometimes that causes crystals not to grow
- Advancement for getting Heart of Elements wasn't adding sometimes
- Level Skill Points wasn't spending when increasing Archery and Archaeology Skills in the Journal or Notice Board
- Beast and Squindine spawn conditions had biomes that was removed in 1.18 causing problems in spawn
- Errors in Rocket's Gun and Grand Unahzaal Armor descriptions
