NEW:
➔ Villagers can dance!
- Just like parrots, villagers will start to dance nearby any music
- They'll produce note particles and make happy noises!

➔ Entities will now dance to Etched music
- Radios, Album Jukeboxes, Boomboxes, etc. will now make entities dance (one that support dancing)

➔ Wool will now dampen Etched music
- Placing wool above any Etched block will dampen its audio and half its range

➔ Added Russian translations

➔ Forge audio stream API is now used (requires >=39.2.38 on 1.16.5)

➔ (1.18.2) Fixed audio not playing on world join
➔ (1.16.5) Fixed boomboxes and album covers crashing servers when opening them
