- Can be repleished at a campfire/soul campfire
- You cannot carry more than 1 flask at once
- Can be traded with Cleric or Wanderer Merchant
Estus Shard:
- Can be obtained in Overworld structures chests
- It is used to upgrade your Estus Flask charges number
Fire Keeper Soul:
- Can be obtained rarely in Overworld structures and in the Nether more easily
- It is used to upgrade your Estus Flask healing capacities
