Added: A "Balance Setter". Currently for creative only.
Changed: All the things that handles MRU and ESPE all use capabilities now. Old methods have been removed
Changed: Player Data now completely checks for UUIDs.
Changed: Every block now should have a better MapColor associated with them.
Changed: Some OreDictionary entries (so that JAOPCA would think Mithriline is a dust ore).
Changed: Many structures now use BiPredicates to test if they're valid.
Changed: GUI opening code now works like vanilla behavior.
