-Ender pearls shot by the Ender Sword now does damage to anything it hits and anything on the line of the teleport
-Added Ender Pickaxe, Ender Axe, Ender Shovel and Ender Hoe
-Armor now instantly kills you if you go under Y=-420
-Added Enderium Shard
-Added Ender Apple
-Knockback now depends on health
-Armor now gives absorption
-Added Ender Bow and arrows
