Added

• Celestial Controller with six time presets and Clear, Rain and Thunder modes. Select a mode and use Run now, or trigger it with a new redstone signal. Time advances directly to the selected time; no fuel or energy is required.
• Rain Sensor with a redstone output of 15 during rain or snow. Right-click to invert it for dry weather. The top must be exposed to the sky.
• Crafting recipes, block models and short descriptions for both devices.

Fixed

• Block Accelerators connected to a powered ME network failing to accelerate because their local energy buffer was empty. They now draw operation energy from the network and stop when it loses power.
• Verified acceleration with Hostile Neural Networks Simulation Chambers, including completed simulations, full outputs and power loss. The chamber still needs its own FE supply.

The weather devices use no block entities. The sensor checks once per second and only updates redstone when its output changes. Controller actions work in the Overworld; a held redstone signal triggers once.

Existing registry IDs, stored items and settings are retained. Update the addon on the server and all clients.
