Description
Escape Velocity is a hard-sci-fi-inspired space exploration mod with the goal of being mostly realistic and immersive.
The mod emphasizes believable and somewhat realistic mechanics, such as muffled sound on the Moon (simulating the silence of space and your brain’s imagined perception of sound), suit systems that simulate environmental isolation, rocket liftoff and landing stages.
This mod is currently focused on the moon, however i plan on expanding with many more celestial bodies, like using Helium-3 (which would be obtained on the moon) to go to Mars and further.
