What's new

v1.3.0 - Optional standard-mod compatibility layer

Compatibility release for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.259. No gameplay or EMC changes.

Added

  • Curios API is now supported as an alternative to Regalia Slots API: if either is installed, the mod's baubles (Klein Stars, rings, amulets, stones, talisman, watch) can be equipped in its slots.
  • Patchouli is now supported as an alternative to Vellumli: if either is installed, the in-game guide book is handed out on first login.
  • The standard curios slot tags and a mirrored patchouli_books copy of the guide book ship with the mod, so the standard mods work out of the box.

Changed

  • Regalia Slots API and Vellumli are no longer hard-required dependencies: the mod now loads with either the team's forks or the standard Curios API/Patchouli. At least one of each pair should be present for the corresponding feature.

Notes

  • Requires Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.259 or newer (Java 21). Install one of Regalia Slots API / Curios API and one of Vellumli / Patchouli.
