v1.1.6 - The SWRG granted flight without ever saying so

Bugfix release for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.249. Tooltip only, no gameplay or EMC changes.

Fixed

• The Watch of Stone Ring granted flight but its tooltip never mentioned it. Every SWRG mode that carries flight really does grant it — the ring checks mode.hasFlight() before letting the player stay airborne — but the tooltip only ever listed the shield. The flight line had been folded into the shield branch, and both PELang.TOOLTIP_SWRG_FLIGHT and its en_us/es_es entries had been dropped. The tooltip now lists flight and shield independently, so you can tell at a glance which abilities the mode you are holding actually gives you.

Notes

Tooltip only. Flight was never broken — the ring has always let you fly in flight modes. If you relied on the tooltip to tell flight and shield apart, that is what is fixed here.

Same fix shipped for 26.2 as part of 1.6.9.
