Fairly large release with some cool new features!
New Features:
- Added Conjuration Assembler, a /dev/null-like item that lets you place blocks directly from EMC, and consume excess blocks directly back into EMC.
- Added a feature to ProjectE Transmutation Tablets to allow them to supply blocks directly to Better Builder's Wands.
Fixed:
- Do not even try to have offline players learn new items (#24)
