This is a minor release that only fixes one bug, but officially drops support for ProjectE 1.3.0. Update, if you haven't!
Fixes:
- Fix an issue where locks would not be properly released when players log in (#22) (Thanks @SDPhantom!)
- Made the release a proper release, not a deobfuscated build.
