Made fuel items extensions to now be fuel source. Raw yellowcake, Yellowcake block and Primordial Fire.

Made biomes sizes a little smaller, and changed few properties.

Finshed the tomes. Added everything needed to make tomes. Every flower now drops a binding agent. pair those with redstone dust and a book, to make all the tomes.

Changed ore spawning generation rules.
