• #23 Server config reflective_blocks: Block ids (e.g. minecraft:obsidian) or block tags (e.g. #c:glass_blocks) of blocks that will reflect laser beams

Changed:

• #22 Laser beams can now be reflected by certain blocks (metal blocks by default, configurable)
• #21 Slightly lowered rendered beam projectile speed (200 -> 160 blocks per second)

Fixed:

• #20 Beam projectiles being able to collide with other projectiles (they may now only collide with blocks and/or living entities)
• #19 Inconsistencies in visual hit position of beams when hitting entities
• #18 Other adjustment to beam rendering (clamped scaling and adjusted origin position)
