Changelog

Important

  • Installation Requirement: This update introduces custom packets and capabilities, meaning the mod must be installed on both the Server and the Client.

Added

  • Dynamic Progressive Difficulty System: Introduced a per-player difficulty tracking system. World difficulty now scales dynamically—mobs' Epic Fight attributes (such as Impact, Weight, Stun Armor, Max Strikes, and Armor Negation) will automatically adjust based on the average difficulty score of nearby players.
  • Difficulty HUD & Keybind: Added a visual Difficulty Bar overlay for players to easily track their current progression. Included a dedicated keybind (Default: H) to toggle the HUD's visibility on or off.
  • Admin Commands: Implemented a comprehensive suite of /efpd commands (add, set, get, around) allowing server admins and modpack makers to easily adjust, monitor, and test difficulty values in real-time.
  • Extensive Event Configuration: Added multiple customizable event triggers in the config file. Server owners can now precisely define how much difficulty is gained or lost through various in-game actions (e.g., killing mobs, dimension multipliers, waking up, etc.).

Removed

  • Config disable Option: Removed the global disable toggle from the config file.
  • Old system difficulty: Removed the old system calculating difficulty value by counting day passed
