What's new

**Config default change**
- `debugLoggingEnabled` now defaults to `false` (previously `true` as of 1.0.50, that version was live for only a few hours). Diagnostic logging is opt-in now -- turn it on in `config/guardfix-common.toml` only when actually reporting an issue.
