Fixes:
• Fixed EoA-40: Fixed Ulmo taking frost damage
• Fixed EoA-42: Fixed Utumno Remnant tools and weapons being crafted with sticks
• Fixed EoA-43: Fixed missing Poisoned Valinorean Dagger recipe
• Fixed EoA-45: Fixed incorrect Angband Warg Armor recipe
• Fixed EoA-46: Fixed Marsh Wraith Spawn egg being overwritten
• Fixed EoA-47: Fixed Ulmo's Trident having incorrect weapon stats
• Fixed EoA-48: Fixed Andesite and Diorite not spawning, they now spawn as ores in Ered Gorgoroth (only in new chunks)
• Fixed EoA-50: Fixed Magma and Activated Magma block hardness, resistance and lighting
• Fixed EoA-51: Fixed House Beor items not being obtainable, they are now found as Ancient Sword loot
• Fixed EoA-52: Fixed House Ulfang Slavers duplicating on world reload

Changes:
• Added a recipe to convert Dwarven ingots to Petty Dwarven ingots (download NEI)
• Increase Belegost Hammer damage by 0.5 to match the previous hammer increases
• Adjusted default LOTR battleaxes to match FA reach stats
• Changed string sell prices for all traders
• Added the ability for Petty Dwarf and Blue Dwarf smiths to reforge trimmed armors
• Changed trimmed armor repair material to Blue Dwarf Steel
