Additions:
+ Added new particles and sound effects to Ulmo's Specter
+ Added some default faction titles for server owners (will add more in the future)
+ Added Tol-in-Gaurhoth Stonemasons
+ Added Tol-in-Gaurhoth Morgul Lieutenants (they use the armor and weapons added in 2.5.0)
Fixes:
• Fixed Ulfang armor textures
• Fixed an exploit with Fangorn and evil factions
• Fixed a zero sum triangle with the Petty Dwarves and all other factions
• Fixed Werewolf sounds after they were nuked by update 36.8
• Fixed trolls wanting to kill hobbits
• Fixed some Elven torches not accepting Charcoal as a crafting replacement for Coal
• Attempted a fix for Laegrim captain tents
• Fixed Petty Dwarf wall recipes
• Fixed Tol-in-Gaurhoth wall recipes
• Fixed Lithond wall recipes
• Fixed Lithond stair recipes
• Fixed Dor-lomin speechbanks referencing Gondor
• Was unable to remove elven ruins from sea biome but replaced the loot tables with bones, consider them shipwrecks
• Fixed Gondolin elves dropping Rivendell daggers (I believe for real now)
• Fixed Angband Orc archers having 50% accuracy
Changes:
• Changed bow stats to make each bow more unique
• Renamed Ulmo to Ulmo's Specter
• Changed Ulmo's Specter's spawn egg color
• Made Ulmo's Specter always spawn in water if it's possible
• Adjusted Nargothrond camp spawn rates
• Changed firing speed of Elven warriors, it was far too high before
- Removed bows from Elven banner bearers to they're actually useful
