* AR atmospheric calculation bugfix.
* +Added new command that auto-enables sky radiation across all dimensions, useful for those with lots of dims to configure.
* +Added new configurable mechanic for alternate sky radiation behavior during rain, ignoring the atmosphere and stopping at any solid block.
* +Added new mechanic for AR compact, simplified magnetic field effects, intended primarily to facilitate tweaking of radiation values in dims with star-sourced radiation.
* +Added config option to take distance into account when calculating star-sourced radiation, following the inverse square law.
