Added Pale Warden, A Hammer that shoots short range sonic booms.

Added Pale Throne, Leggings that boosts total magic by 10%

Added Pale Swift, Boots that boost total speed of speed boosting effects, for example would boost speed 2 effect.

 

Balancing

 

Balanced Pale Monarch & Pale Punishment closer to entropy balancing.
