Backport of 1.17/18 to fix some past issues.

Changes:

- Fix issue with Requiem where the Mob stays red after taking damage

- Add internal API to allow for better mod compatibility with other mods

- Added EntityWhitelist. Added botania:mana_burst to the EntityWhitelist.

- Under Forge it will now use the getRenderBoundingBox() method for Block Entities

- Added config value to hide the F3 lines
