First NeoForge release, moving to neoforge
The update is a rebuild, so it can be buggy, missing stuff, changes. I will slowly readd stuff 
and mention new stuff. Pre-releases might contain items that will not be in the valid update. My 
goal is to reach 600 elements. My current count is at 338

Added:
- Chocolates
    - Milk(just chocolate)- 1h, 0.1s - dark chocolate and milk bucket
    - White - 0h, 0s - melt butter
    - Ruby(1h, 0.1s) - currently no recipe
    - Dark - melt cocoa(3h, 0.2s)
