Enigmatic Legacy² + Addon 2.7.0
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
2.7.0
Configuration
- Made previously hardcoded values configurable for the Iron Ring, Gem Ring, Emblem of Monster Slayer, Enigmatic Amulet, Ascension Amulet, Enigmatic Eye, Eldritch Amulet, Ring of Desolation, Ring of Blessing, Angel's Blessing, Will of the Ocean, Blazing Core, Eye of the Nebula, Pearl of the Void, Non-Euclidean Cube, Thunder Scroll, Lost Engine, and Ominous Mask.
- Added configurable extra-drop rules for the Ring of the Seven Curses and Ring of Redemption. Rules can select eligible rings, entities, items, metadata, amount ranges, decimal drop chances, weighted groups, and optional mod requirements.
- Preserved the previous hardcoded extra drops as the default rule set.
- Added English and Simplified Chinese comments to the configuration file, using the same item names and terminology as the in-game localization.
- Updated affected tooltips to display configured values where applicable.
Localization and Assets
- Completed the Simplified Chinese localization for all currently implemented translation keys, using official Enigmatic Legacy translations and Enigmatic Addons terminology where matching references were available.
- Added the missing upstream miscellaneous sound assets used by this port.
- Restored the intended projectile-deflection sound for Angel's Blessing.
Baubles and BaublesEX
- Added native BaublesEX 2.3.6 rendering registration for amulets, charms, scrolls, and the Ominous Mask, including dynamic slots and bent player-model poses.
- Unified the regular Baubles rendering path so supported accessories are rendered through one consistent layer.
- Fixed first-login item grants by registering them on the correct event bus.
- Improved automatic Ring of the Seven Curses equipment so it scans valid ring slots without overwriting occupied accessories and falls back to the player inventory when needed.
- Fixed Enigmatic Amulet color-dependent effects when the amulet is equipped in an additional BaublesEX amulet slot.
- Fixed the Ominous Mask failing to prevent Illagers and Witches from selecting the wearer as an attack target.
- Removed redundant BaublesEX synchronization calls that were no longer required by BaublesEX 2.3.6.
Item Behavior
- Aligned Angel's Blessing projectile deflection with the original behavior: projectiles now reverse correctly, update ownership where supported, synchronize their motion, and use the intended sound.
- Enabled the original mid-air jump activation behavior for Angel's Blessing by default, while excluding Creative and Spectator players from accidental jump activation.
- Corrected shared spellstone cooldown ticking so configured cooldowns are no longer processed twice per game tick.
- Expanded Eye of the Nebula magic resistance to all damage sources formally marked as magic, while retaining explicit support for dragon breath and Wither damage.
- Added dedicated vine growth support to Infinimeal.
- Changed the Dislocation Ring to attempt immediate item pickup instead of only pulling dropped items like the Magnetic Ring.
- Reworked Non-Euclidean Cube teleport selection to choose and validate the destination in the target dimension, use the cached destination directly, and distribute random horizontal positions more evenly across the configured area.
- Moved Non-Euclidean Cube world and chunk access back to the server thread and replaced recursive destination searches with a bounded iterative search.
Compatibility
- Added PlayerRevive compatibility so the Non-Euclidean Cube can correctly leave PlayerRevive's bleeding state before applying its revival ability.
- Adjusted Non-Euclidean Cube death-event ordering for Corpse Complex to prevent retained inventory from being duplicated.
- Added Hardcore Revival compatibility so the Non-Euclidean Cube can protect the player before the knock-out state when available, while the Cube now yields to terminal deaths such as Accept Fate,
/kill, and void deaths instead of leaving the client in a false-death state. - Improved compatibility with additional BaublesEX slots without changing regular Baubles behavior.
Fixes and Stability
- Fixed an infinite damage recursion that could crash the game when a Blazing Core wearer was attacked by a Guardian.
- Fixed reflected and redirected damage being recognized through unreliable
DamageSourceinstance comparisons. - Reworked fixed accessory attribute modifiers so they are applied on equip or load, are not repeatedly re-applied every tick, and are removed correctly on unequip.
- Fixed dynamic attribute modifiers by removing their previous value before applying the updated modifier.
- Added server-side validation and main-thread scheduling for spellstone activation, Thunder Scroll sweeping attacks, and Ender Chest key actions.
- Moved client motion and projectile synchronization handlers onto the Minecraft client thread.
- Fixed several packet handlers accepting actions without rechecking the equipped item, cooldown, or required player state.
- Fixed invalid zero values in Growing Bloodlust timing settings that could cause arithmetic errors.
