Fixed worldgen crash.

Replaced the blind (Level) event.getLevel() cast. With if (!(event.getLevel() instanceof ServerLevel level)) return;

During chunk generation the level is a WorldGenRegion. The old cast threw ClassCastException and killed chunk generation.
