- Fixed minor bug in IE ladder recognition for trapdoors
- Refactored code more properly into modules
- Added fence gate module
- Includes treated wood fence gates, but not aluminium or steel ones yet
- Aluminium and steel ones are nearly ready, but hardcoded disabled pending texture creation
- Textures/models for fence gates are still somewhat tentative
