Terrain

- The main Island is now disconected from the rest of the terrain. You have to travel for about 100 blocks to find new terrain

- The main Island will always be the default End Biome

Monochrome Desert:

- now generates different sand terrain and sand hills

Enchanted Island:

- added Ender Goo pools

- added Homeland Caches

- added falling obsidian

- Homeland Enderman spawn

Infested Forest

- increased density of trees

- If the Hardcore Ender Expansion Music Resourcepack is installed you can make the music play in the end, even if HEE is not installed
