📖 Background & Motivation

The idea for this mod came from revisiting a classic 1.12.2 server, where the sheer power of the original Ender IO was truly captivating. However, when playing modern modpacks like ATM10, the absence of Ender IO: Endergy makes high-tier machine setups feel artificially capped. Standard grinding balls and capacitors just don't provide the ultimate industrial efficiency. Ender IO: Evolution was created to bring that extreme endgame scaling back to modern Minecraft.

🔄 Renaming History & License Shift

To clarify the history of this mod and its licensing:

  • July 31, 2023: The classic 1.12.2 version of Ender IO Endergy received its last update and entered a long hiatus.
  • February 5, 2026: To bring this experience to modern versions, I independently ported the mod and initially released it under the name Re:Ender IO Endergy.
  • March 2, 2026: Unexpectedly, the original official developers completely updated their Endergy mod to modern versions about a month later.
  • The Evolution: To avoid any naming confusion with the official release, and because I was actively developing a massive amount of original content, I decided to officially rename the project and its Mod ID to Ender IO: Evolution.
  • ⚠️ IMPORTANT LICENSE NOTE: Please note that the old legacy versions released under the name "Re:Ender IO Endergy" strictly remain under the MIT License. However, following the name change and the massive code rewrites/art additions, all newer versions under the name "Ender IO: Evolution" are strictly distributed under the ALL RIGHTS RESERVED license.

🛑 IMPORTANT: Version Differences & Status

This mod supports multiple Minecraft versions. The features vary between them, so please read carefully before downloading! (Save Safety: Registry IDs are carefully managed. Updates are generally safe for existing worlds!)

🟢 Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge)

  • Loader: NeoForge
  • Dependencies (Ender IO Version Check):
    • File Version 1.0.0+: Only supports Ender IO 7.0.0 ~ 8.0.7
    • File Version 2.0.0+: Only supports Ender IO 8.1.0 ~ 8.1.9
    • File Version 3.0.0+: Only supports Ender IO 8.2.0+
  • Current Status: Fully Released & Complete! Development for this version is fully finished, and our focus has now shifted to backporting machine content to 1.20.1.
  • Included Features: ALL content, including Capacitors, Grinding Balls, Metal Blocks, The Complete Conduit Arsenal (Energy + All New Item/Fluid/Chemical Conduits), Parallel SAG Mills & Alloy Smelters, and the Ender Memory Card.
  • Changes vs 1.12.2: The crafting recipes for metal ingots and energy conduits have been entirely rewritten. The energy transfer rates for conduits have also been adjusted to fit the modern modding ecosystem.

🟠 Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge)

  • Dependencies: Ender IO (Check the file version for exact requirements)
  • Current Status: Active Backporting.
  • Included Features: Capacitors, Grinding Balls, Metal Blocks, All 7 New High-tier Item/Fluid/Chemical Conduits, and the Ender Memory Card.
  • Missing - Energy Conduits (CANCELLED): Upon testing, the default energy conduits in vanilla Ender IO (1.20.1) already possess high transfer rates. My addon's energy conduits would be redundant, so they will not be implemented.
  • Missing - Parallel SAG Mills/Smelters (WIP): Backporting for the parallel processing machines is currently our main priority.

💎 Core Features

This mod implements the necessary items for high-tier progression:

1. New Alloys & Materials

  • Includes Crude Steel, Construction Alloy, Energetic Silver, Vivid Alloy, Crystalline Alloy, Melodic Alloy, and Stellar Alloy. (Note on Crystalline Pink Slime Ingot: Custom recipes are included, allowing you to craft it without needing Industrial Foregoing.)

2. High-Tier Capacitors & Grinding Balls

  • Ranging from basic Silver Capacitors to the top-tier Stellar Capacitor. (Grainy Capacitor's durability limit is completely removed.)
  • Grinding balls made from all new alloys, significantly boosting output percentages and secondary drop rates.

3. Expanded Conduit Family (Fully Available in ALL Versions!)

  • Going far beyond the original 1.12.2 mod, we've introduced a completely original suite of 7 high-tier and maximum-capacity logistics conduits designed to handle endgame automation:
    • Item Conduits: Extreme Item Conduit (2 items / 1t), Melodic Alloy Item Conduit (256,000 items / 4t), Stellar Alloy Item Conduit (2,000,000 items / 4t).
    • Fluid Conduits: Melodic Alloy Fluid Conduit (256,000 mB / 4t), Stellar Alloy Fluid Conduit (2,147,483,647 mB / 4t).
    • Chemical Conduits: Melodic Alloy Chemical Conduit (256,000 / 4t), Stellar Alloy Chemical Conduit (2,147,483,647 / 4t).

4. Multi-Parallel Machine Clusters (1.21.1 Only, WIP for 1.20.1)

  • A series of upgraded SAG Mills and Alloy Smelters that dynamically expand their internal UI slots. The top-tier Stellar machine can process up to 10 inputs/recipes simultaneously using a single energy and grinding ball pool!

5. Ender Memory Card (Config Copier)

  • A massive Quality-of-Life tool that completely overhauls your wiring experience! Supports one-click full copy of all EIO conduits in a block and precise interface recognition.
  • Universal Support (Experimental): Can theoretically copy NBT configurations from machines/pipes in other mods. (Use with caution on unadapted cross-mod pipes!)

🦄 Modpack Support

  • All the Mods 10 (ATM10): The 1.21.1 version is plug-and-play and works flawlessly.
  • All the Mods 9 (ATM9): The 1.20.1 version is highly recommended for ATM9.

这个模组的移植念想源于我前段时间重温 1.12.2 服务器的经历，那里面的末影接口（Ender IO）的后期极为爽快。然而，在游玩 ATM10 等高版本整合包时，缺少 Ender IO: Endergy 导致机器效率总感觉卡在了一个较低的瓶颈，普通的磨珠和电容无法带来后期应有的极致体验。为了找回那种工业数值扩张的爽快感，Ender IO: Evolution 诞生了。

🔄 更名历史与协议变更说明

为了消除大家可能存在的疑问，以下是本模组的时间线与版权变更说明：

  • 2023 年 7 月 31 日： 经典的 1.12.2 原版 EnderIO Endergy 发布了最后一次更新，此后多年处于停更状态。
  • 2026 年 2 月 5 日： 为了在高版本重现这份体验，我独立完成了移植工作，并以 Re:Ender IO Endergy 为名首发了该模组。
  • 2026 年 3 月 2 日： 在我发布移植版一个多月后，原版官方竟也意外且惊喜地发布了针对现代高版本的更新。
  • 全面进化： 为了避免名称过于相似产生混淆，同时也因为我后续自行开发的原创内容越来越多，因此决定正式将模组更名为 Ender IO: Evolution，并彻底迁移了底层的 Mod ID。
  • ⚠️ 版权协议重要声明： 必须强调的是，此前以“Re:Ender IO Endergy”为名发布的旧版本，依然遵守初始的 MIT 协议。但在正式更名、历经底层代码重写与大量全新美术资产加入后，如今的所有 “Ender IO: Evolution” 版本已全面切换并严格遵守 保留所有权利 (ALL RIGHTS RESERVED) 协议。

  • 前置要求: Ender IO (请务必核对特定文件的要求版本)
  • 当前状态: 移植工作中。
  • 包含内容: 电容、磨珠、金属方块、最新研发的 7种高数值非能量导管（物品/流体/化学品）均已全面实装、末影内存卡。
  • 缺失内容说明: 由于原版 1.20.1 的 EIO 自带能量导管数值相对够用，故取消本模组能量导管在此版本的实装。并行机器集群目前正在全力移植中。

💎 模组核心特性

本模组旨在提供向更高阶工业进发的材料和设备：

1. 新增高级合金与材料

  • 包含粗钢、铁合金、充能银、生动合金、晶化合金、旋律合金、恒星合金。（内置晶化粉红史莱姆无《工业先锋》的替代配方）。

2. 高阶电容与磨珠

  • 提供从基础银制电容直到顶级的“恒星电容”。（彻底移除了基岩粉电容的耐久限制）。
  • 加入了由所有新合金制成的专属磨珠，提供极高的主产物倍率与副产物掉落加成。

3. 扩展导管全家桶 (所有版本均已完全实装！)

  • 跳出原版的框架，我们加入了 7 种拥有高数值吞吐量的原创高阶与特化导管，不论你是 1.21.1 还是 1.20.1，都能满足后期基地的物流需求：
    • 物品导管： 极速物品导管（2个物品 / 1t）、旋律合金物品导管（256,000个物品 / 4t）、恒星合金物品导管（2,000,000个物品 / 4t）。
    • 流体导管： 旋律合金流体导管（256,000 mB / 4t）、恒星合金流体导管（2,147,483,647 mB / 4t，达到游戏最大数值上限）。
    • 化学品导管： 旋律合金化学品导管（256,000 / 4t）、恒星合金化学品导管（2,147,483,647 / 4t）。

4. 多并行机器集群 (1.21.1 已实装，1.20.1 稍后就到)

  • 加入了一系列全新阶级的并行机器（磨粉机与合金炉）。最顶级的恒星机器只需消耗一组磨珠与单次电容计算，即可支持 10 组配方流程同时并行加工！

5. 末影内存卡 (配置拷贝神器)

  • 极大幅度提升布线体验！支持同个方块内所有类型导管的配置一键全复制，精准识别过滤器与红石模式。
  • 泛用性支持 (实验性): 强制读取复制其他模组方块的设计 NBT。（请谨慎对未适配的复杂跨模组管道使用！）

  • ATM10: 1.21.1 (NeoForge) 版本开箱即用无冲突。
  • ATM9: 1.20.1 (Forge) 版本完美兼容 ATM9。即使目前还没实装并行机器，顶级的电容、磨珠以及 7 种拥有最大吞吐量的物流/流体/气体导管也绝不可少。
