Added debug output for growth requirements To enable:
- in game, press ESC
- select "Mod Options"
- find and select "Ender IO Addons" in the list at the left
- select "config"
- scroll down to "development", select it
- change the value of "growthRequirementDebuggingEnabled" to "true"
- exit all the menus
- watch the logfile
