Enchanting Infuser x Apotheosis Patch

Fixes

• The infuser no longer demands Eterna when Apotheosis' Enchantment Module is disabled. Two separate causes: (1) Enchanting Infuser installed its own Apotheosis power provider whenever the apotheosis mod was merely present (ignoring the module toggle), so the Apotheosis bookshelves — which produce no Eterna with the module off — left the infuser without power; the compat now forces vanilla infuser stats back. (2) Enchanting Infuser also hard-codes the GUI power label to Apotheosis' "Eterna" under the same mod-present check, so locked enchantments still read "requires Eterna"; the label is now restored to vanilla "Enchanting Power" when the module is off.
• Treasure/curse unlocking can no longer leak into the shared config. Unlocking treasure and curse enchantments for a Treasure Shelf temporarily flipped Enchanting Infuser's global config values; if an error occurred before they were restored, those values stayed flipped for every infuser until the next restart. The override is now self-healing and always reverted.
• Treasure Shelf / filtering shelf detection now uses the infuser's real position. Detection previously scanned a large volume around the player, which could pick the wrong infuser when several were nearby and scanned thousands of blocks each update.
