New Enchantments

- Spectral Wings

- Greater Heal

- Area Heal

- Magical Strengthening

- Gills

- Summon Skeleton Horse

- Dragon Breath

Other Changes

- Knockback now has a configurable multiplier, default is 2.0.

- Added visible charge meter, at 100% you can fire the spell again..

- Added a configurable location for the charge meter, it can be in each corner of the screen.

- Added sounds on use of enchantments.

- Staffs now only deplete charge when they can actually be used.
