Other Changes
- Staffs have double knockback to counter close combat fights a bit.
- Added cooldowns, so you can't spam anymore.
- Added a config file, so you can choose the length of cooldowns and disable specific enchantments.
- Added particles on use of enchantments.
- Changed Weather Alteration a bit, so it's actually random.
- General improvements to code.
- Warp uses durability properly.
- Warp location and dimension are now stored in a staffs NBT data, so it's stored when you leave/join a world and every staff can store a different location.
