Added Metal Fist enchant effect

Metal Fist is a Sharpness enchant which allows you to mine blocks which you usually were not able to with your bare hands based on the harvest level and the enchantment level.

Wooden Pick - Sharpness 1

Stone Pick - Sharpness 2

Iron Pick - Sharpness 3

Diamond Pick - Sharpness 4

Diamond+ Pick and Double Mining Speed - Sharpness 5

 

Also did some refactoring of the API so if you are using this version for your mods make sure to check for that.
