Version 26.1-r23:
- fix sprinting being 20% faster than in vanilla
- adjust buoy speed to account for sprint fix
- adjust e-speed speed to account for sprint fix
- gale now has slightly stronger jumps
- gale's glide is now faster
- increase maximum modifier for movement events
- chiseled bookshelves now count the total collected books for enchantment power instead of per individual block
