Version 26.1-r15:

bouncy no longer bounces if you were hurt in the last second (fall damage is still negated)
fire caused by enchantments now hits through fire resistance at a slower rate
frostbite now has less of a slowdown
torch now deals less damage but is fired much faster
beheading now deals more damage with headshots
