emergingtechnology-ce-1.3.21-ce.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
First release version of the Community Edition.
MoonManModding stopped publishing source after 1.3.21-beta and has since gone
inactive. Versions 1.3.22 through 1.3.26-alpha exist on CurseForge as jars only,
so this fork is built on 1.3.21 the newest upstream code that is publicly
available. Please read the note at the bottom before installing.
Added:
- The Aquaponic Tank multiblock, back-ported from upstream 1.3.26-alpha.
MoonManModding added this between 1.3.22 and 1.3.24 but never published the source, so it was recovered by decompiling the released jar permitted under the mod's MIT license and remapped from SRG back to MCP names. The 1.3.21 code already shipped the Aquaponic Frame, Glass and Base blocks as decorative-only; they are now the building material for a working 5x5x3 structure.
- The Fluid Tank. The mod had a Battery for energy but nothing to buffer fluid, so a stopped consumer would back production up almost immediately. The tank holds 64,000 mB of any single fluid and feeds it to neighbours.
Its faces are not interchangeable, and the model says which is which: the top and bottom are solid caps with no fluid access at all, the front carries a tap the tank never pushes into so it cannot drain back into whatever fills it, and the remaining three sides feed neighbours. Two tanks placed side by side will not shuffle fluid between each other. The level bar is drawn with the stored fluid's own texture, so lava reads as orange and water as blue. Exposes `getFluidLevel` and `getFluidCapacity` to OpenComputers.
- Tooltips for the decorative blocks. The Aquaponic Frame, Glass and Base, the Guide
Light, Machine Case, clear plastic and the polluted blocks had no description in either
- Meal Replacement drinks.
Three items forming a closed loop: Meal Replacement Powder is crafted from algae and sugar, the Plastic Bottle is printed on the Fabricator from filament, and the two combine into a Meal Replacement Drink. Drinking it returns the empty bottle, which the Shredder accepts back as plastic.
And over 9 major bug fixes and translation changes. This build does not include the Speaker block.
