Repaired scanning for normal signs which got broken by introducing scanning choose signs
refactored exception handling around signs
Loading sign file in preinit again, not when logging in to a server
Showing the number of known signs in the search GUI header
Sign file name includes username now so ppl who play with alts don't overwrite each other
