-Updated to 1.21.4
-Added Amethyst and Unstable Bows!
-Added new structure, the Base! Spawns in Savanna biomes, and contains valuable loot.
-Adjusted ore generation to work better with newer minecraft versions (updated details in mod description spoiler).
-Changed the Mithril Bomb to be similarly destructive, but less laggy (It will still take a while to explode!)
-Slightly adjusted odds for Topaz Sword loot.
-Some other small fixes to ore generation
