Elemental Creepers: Refabricated

Added:
- Light Creeper
    Light Creepers will create glowstone and give you glowing effects.
- Dark Creeper
    Dark Creepers will destroy luminous blocks and give you temporary blindness.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug where any type of creeper could spawn on thin air, if dark enough.
    With this fixed, Magma Creepers will now spawn on the nether rather than more rarely on hot overworld biomes.
- Fixed glitch where Illusion Creepers could create more illusions if the world was saved after it created the intended illusions.

Changes:
- Fire Creeper has received a new, vibrant orange texture to avoid it being mistaken with Cookie Creepers.
- Fire and Magma Creeper no longer can have the burning effect, even if they are burning.
