• Basic 30s → 40s
• Extended: 60s → 80s
• Amplified: 16s → 20s

Changed Swept effect mechanic:

• Basic: single normal sweep → double small sweep
• Extended: double normal sweep → quadruple small sweep
• Amplified: single powered sweep → single higher sweep

Changed Cold effect mechanic:

• Frostbite applied immediately at max frost mark
• Max frost mark: 5 → 4
• Slowness power: 10% each mark → 15% each mark
