-Fixed a crash that could occur in 1.10 when breaking some blocks

-Constructing & PreInitialization of modules now happens after all mods have preinitialized, this makes them more configurable, as the owner mod now has the time to load the config and deceide whether the module should be loaded or not.

-Workaround for a bug in the Guava EventBus
