- Added a new fishing rod upgrade system.
- The merged fishing rod will use the higher rarity of the two rods.
- Special effects from both fishing rods are combined.
- The normal rarity-based special effect limit does not apply to upgraded rods.
- Special effects that are normally limited to one per rod will still remain limited to one after upgrading.
- Added a merge count display to fishing rod tooltips.
- Fishing hook damage now properly ignores post-hit invulnerability frames.
- As a result, fishing hook damage is now applied every tick as intended.
- Fixed an issue where dropped items disappeared when hit by a Fishing Upgrade fishing hook.
