  • Added circle, cylinder and sphere buildmodes.
  • Added options for circle, cylinder and sphere: circle start point (center or corner), and fill mode (full or hollow).
  • Added alternative placement key (default: ctrl) that toggles between first two actions of first option. (Like short/long edge in slope floor, fill mode on wall etc).

Fixed crash when placing ladders. Tweaked circle, cylinder and sphere to have the same outer radius whether they are full or hollow.
