0.3 Version Update!
1.Bastard Sword: Nerfed the pursuit performance. It no longer carries inertia displacement during chasing (now behaves like most other weapons). In the future, inertia displacement will become a signature trait of fist/gauntlet weapons.
2.Kabal's Dual Hooksword: Development is largely complete. We've implemented the Sonic Step skill for it. Basic attack animations have also been optimized. It can now truly be called a fully-fledged standalone weapon.
Major Updates
3.Added a new region: Silonia Hall. The teleport bind is set to H (an unlock prerequisite will be added in the future; it's not required yet). Here you can find the weapon merchant Gary to exchange for our mod's content. More NPCs will be placed here in future updates. Gary's goods pool features numerous crossovers, meaning the number of available items is determined by the crossover mods you have installed.
4.Added the Flawless from Dead Cells! This weapon features a completely unique attack moveset. This also paves the way for our future crossover expansions.
Flawless Offensive: If no damage is taken for 15 seconds, enter [Flawless Offensive] state, granting permanent critical hits while active.
5.Added the Shadow Arts Dagger! Friend, this is probably the closest you'll get to a true assassin weapon experience in Minecraft.
Shadow Retreat: Sneaking enters [Shadow] state, granting invisibility, swift movement, and undetectability by mobs. Attacking while in [Shadow] consumes the state to deal an additional 100% damage. Killing a target resets the skill cooldown; otherwise, cooldown is 10 seconds.
Resourceful Striker: Attacking enemies from behind deals an additional 300% damage.
6.Combat Reform (This feature can be toggled on or off in the config file. The choice is yours depending on your play environment.)
We've introduced numerous changes to the combat system, ensuring that the classic vanilla combat content will truly shine in a modpack environment!
Arrows: Attacks now deal bonus damage based on the target's armor value. The lower the armor, the higher the bonus damage. Additionally, you have a 50% chance to recover arrows from non-lethal targets!
Fire: Attacks now deal bonus magic damage based on the target's armor value. The higher the armor, the higher the magic damage.
Fire Protection: This vanilla enchantment has received a small tweak. It now also protects against magic damage sources (on par with the Protection enchantment), which will tie closely into our planned future magic damage additions.
