What's new
- Adjusted the sea level to -15 (not that it does anything.)
- Made lava falls generate more commonly.
- Adjusted the parameters for biomes generation.
- Changed the surface builder to have mesa-like generation in dripping cavities.
- Changed the dimensional seed.
- Added terracotta blocks to the base_stone_overworld tag so that dripstone can generate on terracotta.
- Made smooth basalt pillars less dense.
- Replaced ghasts with blazes in the molten cavity biome.
- Geodeial cavities now use sparse_smooth_basalt_pillar instead of smooth_basalt_pillar.
