The Underworld is a custom dimension that sits way below everything – even below the Nether.
It's made to feel like a forgotten layer of the world, with broken islands, strange formations, and a creepy silence.
I got the idea while messing around with the Ghosts and Graves concept – so you’ll probably feel some of that weird, spooky vibe too.
Don’t expect to survive long without a plan.

How to construct a portal to the dimension Underworld?
First of all, craft Underworld Gate Frames:
Middle block is Withered Bone Block, which crafted with 9 withered bones similar to vanilla bone block.
You can now obtain mob heads by killing mobs! (Very low chance by the way.)
Secondly, you have to craft Skull Totem too.
How to get withered bones?
Well, you have to kill wither skeletons like in vanilla to obtain withered bones.
Also you can even craft withered bones since they have a little low chance to get from wither skeletons.
Wither skeletons are dropping Withered Bones and Broken Withered Bones:
Constructing Portal
Place down 12 Underworld Gate Frames like this:
And then, finally, throw the Skull Totem you crafted then boom:
Gate to the Underworld is ready. Just jump inside that gate.
