Eccentric Biomes

- Fixed some naming issues. (I think)
- Added amethyst grove biome, and achievement "Purple Wood!".
- Added mauvewood log, planks, leaves, sapling, slabs, and stairs.
- Fixed the duplication slab glitch with the wooden slabs.
- Changed the wiki link of /ebmwiki so it gives the correct link.
- Changed the update link to go to the curseforge page.
- Fixed crafting issues.
- Added manchineel, deadwood and mauvewood doors.
- Some biomes change the sky color! Amethyst, Amethyst Grove, High Lands, Obsidian Forest, Dead Land, Autil Field, Flamage, Death Forest, and Bone.
- Added manchineel, deadwood and mauvewood fences and fence gates.
- Added hive biome and achievement "Buzz Off".
