Adds a brightness bar under the FOV bar for quicker and easier access.

What's new
Right-clicking the brightness bar (in the options menu only) now opens a new screen that lets you directly input a brightness value
Brightness values are written as displayed on the brightness bar, so writing 100 results in a gamma of 1.0 (which is "brightness: bright" in default minecraft)
You can also type "min"/"minimum" or "max"/"maximum" to instantly set the brightness to your configured min or max values respectively. Typing "default" sets brightness to the games default (50 brightness / 0.5 gamma)
Pressing escape while in the menu closes without saving, pressing enter/return closes and saves
