Fixes a hard crash on startup (LinkageError on org.spongepowered.asm.launch.GlobalProperties$Keys) in modpacks that also include MixinBooter. The coremod now registers its mixin config through MixinBooter's IEarlyMixinLoader instead of calling MixinBootstrap.init() directly.
