Here's a hotfix update for the latest release, tackling balancing issues mostly.

• Shimmer Shells explode on collision with an entity
• Shimmer shells now take 20 ticks to explode when on the ground instead of 10
• Crafting recipe for Shimmer shells now provides 4 shells instead of 2
• Shimmer shells can be stacked up to 32
• Flinging potions can be stacked up to 3 (EXPERIMENTAL)
• Tweaked Rubro spin-attack animation

Shimmer Shells were too weak for their cost, so hopefully this now should be solved. 

A bit of an experimental change are the Flinging Potions stacking up to 3, making them more viable for Flingshots.
